Get soaked with Starmie is the sixth episode of Pokémon Masters.
Plot[]
As Red begins to challenge the Cerulean Gym, he finds that the Gym leader isn't there. He then looks for the gym leader and finds Cerulean cave instead. A guard tells him he cannot enter because of a strog Pokémon in the cave. Red questions what is in the cave, but gets no answer.
Red is then told the gym leader is at Cerulean cape. He heads to the cape, only to crash a date. Understanding the responsibilities of a gym leader, Misty accepts the challenge.
Back at the gym, Misty calls her Staryu with red using Pikachu. Pikachu is a bit more respectful of Red, but still does its own attacks. Pikachu is successful in defeating staryu, but starmie takes it down. Red calls his new fish Pokémon Magikarp. Misty laughs at Red and tells him Magikarp is useless. Red then switches to the weak Charmeleon only to get crushed.
Having no choice, Red goes back to Magikarp. Starmie beats up the dummy Pokémon, but in a near defeat, Magikarp evolves into Gyarados. The now powerful Pokémon was able to defeat Starmie soon after, earning Red the Cascade badge.
