Blue Thunderstone

The Blue Thunderstone is a type of evolution stone that Pikachu found to evolve into Stormchu. In traditional terms, if a Pikachu has high friendship and is exposed to the Blue Thunderstone, it evolves into Stormchu. Also, its Strength and Stamina becomes silimar to Raichu's but doubled and its speed becomes similar to Pikachu's but doubled.
